The Grievance and Redressal Cell functions with the following objectives:
- To provide a platform for students and staff to express their grievances related to academic, administrative, or personal issues within the institution.
- To ensure prompt, impartial, and confidential handling of complaints.
- To maintain harmony and promote a healthy educational atmosphere.
- To uphold the rights and dignity of every individual associated with the institution.
The working principles of the GRC include:

The Grievance and Redressal Cell undertakes various activities, including:
